We start with a personal conversation to get to know you, your goals and your expectations. This helps us match you with the right volunteer project and destination.
But the support doesn’t stop there. Once you sign up, you become part of our community. You’ll receive access to a detailed information pack covering everything you need to know about your project, the local culture and practical travel information.
You’ll also be added to a WhatsApp group so you can connect with other volunteers heading off on the same adventure. You’ll never feel like you’re doing it alone. We make sure you’re surrounded by a supportive network of like minded travellers.
A few weeks before departure, you’ll take part in a preparation session where we’ll guide you through everything you need to know about your project, destination and local culture.
Throughout your project, you can always count on support from our team both before departure and while you’re overseas. We’re here to make sure you feel supported, confident and comfortable during your entire experience.

We stay in regular contact with both volunteers and host organisations to ensure every project continues to meet our quality, safety and ethical standards.
In most destinations, we offer multiple volunteer projects so you can choose an experience that genuinely matches your interests, skills and goals.
We understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as expected. That’s why we offer the flexibility to change projects if you feel your placement is not the right fit. If needed, you may be able to move to another project or combine multiple projects during your trip, depending on availability and location.
In many countries, we offer several different volunteer opportunities, giving you flexibility and options if your interests or circumstances change during your stay.
We work closely with you to create an experience that best matches your personal interests, goals and travel plans.
If you decide to switch projects after your placement has been confirmed or after arrival, a small administration fee may apply to cover the additional coordination and local arrangements involved. We’ll always communicate any costs clearly upfront so there are no surprises.
Volunteering overseas is a big step, and we want to make it as accessible as possible. That’s why we offer flexible payment options that allow you to pay in instalments. You can secure your spot with a deposit and pay the remaining balance closer to departure.
